Wagyu Beef
I broker exclusively for Elite Western Wagyu, Wagyu Masters based just outside Idaho Falls. They raise Full-blood Japanese Black Wagyu (Kuroge-washu), originally imported from Japan. These cattle are the real deal, not American Wagyu. When you buy Wagyu from me, you can purchase in whole, half or quarter orders. You always get full cutting preferences and Graze and Grind specializes in processing Wagyu.
The Wagyu consistently scores a nine on the Australian BMS (Beef marbling scale,) used just for Wagyu. It’s absolutely amazing to think Japanese Wagyu is right here in SE Idaho and you can actually fill your freezer with it!
