As a veteran-owned and woman-run business, my mission is simple: bring farm-to-freezer beef directly to families like yours — no middlemen, no mystery, just honest meat.

Every order is 100% hormone-free and antibiotic-free, sourced from trusted local ranchers who share my commitment to raising healthy, well-cared-for animals. I work closely with experienced local butchers, and I’m personally in the shop regularly — observing carcasses, ensuring quality, and overseeing the cutting process to make sure you’re getting the very best.

Whether you choose 100% Black Angus or our Wagyu-influenced beef, you’ll know exactly where your meat comes from and how it was raised.
